Villa Ulun Mertha - 1BR Private Villa

Everything was wonderful! We stayed at the villa for 32 nights, and each day was more fantastic than the last. The villa is an excellent place to stay for as long as you like! Everything was very clean, the breakfast was nice, and the couple who takes care of the villa were amazing. The location is also great — very close to the center of Ubud dy motorcycle

Staff were excellent, the quality of the food was very good. The size of the property was good.

The property is in much need of maintenance. It definitely needs ground maintenance. The bed was not so good condition. There was a musty smell about the room.

Everything was perfect! The staff is very nice and friendly, breakfast was good.

The most beautiful accomodation we had in Bali so far. Wonderful staff. The villa is so much nicer in real life, than it is on the picture. Breakfast was good, and enough. Scooter rentals are just in 5 mins of walk. Ubud center is only a few minutes by scooter.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we stepped into the villa, we knew we were in for a fantastic experience. Everything we could possibly need—and more—was provided: a beautiful private pool, total privacy, great air conditioning, a super comfortable bed, and truly exceptional staff. Each evening, we simply placed our breakfast order, and it was delivered right to our villa at the time we requested—a thoughtful and luxurious touch. We also loved the short walk from the main road to the villa, winding through a charming village and picturesque rice fields. Communication with Kadek was seamless throughout. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ubud who wants to enjoy peace and tranquility away from the hustle and traffic.

Amazing villa with a private pool not far from Ubud centre but away from the busy roads. Very peaceful, quiet, lush garden, awesome pool, and nice staff. We will certainly stay again in the future, highly recommend!

The only room for improvement would be staff response time. We sometimes waited hours for a response when ordering food etc.

The staff was extremely friendly and kind. The villa itself is great: the bathroom and bedroom are clean, comfortable and spacious. The private pool adds value when you want relax peacefully at the end of a long day sightseeing. They provide free bottled water which is definitely a plus on bali! Breakfast service is on time and filling. You can’t reach the villa by car, but it’s only a 5/10 min walk from the main street and there’s plenty of scooter rentals near by, which you can park in front of the villa. The staff helps with the luggage and getting to and from the villa on check in/out.

The wifi was working but not great, significantly lowered once the neighbours arrived, but still sufficient for “urgent” things. They brought the wrong breakfast once, but it was still delicious and i’m sure they would have promptly switched it if we asked them to do it.
