Wij verbleven 4 nachten en de kamer, inclusief de bin bij het toilet, is niet 1 keer schoongemaakt. Handdoeken roken niet fris. Er was 1 man personeel die geen Engels sprak en in de ochtend nog 1 man die gebrekkig Engels sprak. Er was niets te eten of te drinken te krijgen, gelukkig was er op paar minuten afstand een hotel waar dat wel kon.

Ruime kamer

Slechte service, bij aankomst 1 persoon die geen engels sprak. Geen eet of drink voorzieningen. Slechte of geen wifi maar ook geen 4G bereik. Airco kapot en de enige nog aanwezige persoon spreekt geen engels en kan 'm ook met noodlijn niet meer aan de praat krijgen.

Villa is extremely spacious and very tastefully furnished with local hand crafted furniture and artwork. Ambience and serenity, peace and calm. . Staff weren't always around but the young girl who does the cleaning is lovely and very kind. When I got cut and bruised from a fall, she brought me natural aloe vera to use on my wounds. Located near to places I wanted to visit.

Very dark, no lights outside villa, I fell into the pond at the side of the path to villa, got completely wet, including my bag, containing my passport, mobile phone and wallet, had to blow dry the lot!

The villa was spacious and clean. Breakfast is wonderful. The staff is very nice and super friendly. Small creek at the end of the property. Pool area with the terrace has a beautiful view to the rice field.

I prolonged our stay 2 times. At first time we paid in cash, we got the invoice. The next day the owner contacted us that they made a mistake and want double price. I showed them the current price on booking.com (which I paid), then they said okay. The next time they also want to charge a double amount, then I decided to simply reserve our room on booking.com with normal price. I think this is not nice and fair.

It was value for money paid Aircon was awesome. Pool was very nice.

No hand towels, not enough coffee, tea, sugar. TV in bedroom didn't work. Furniture a bit rickety. We know it was cheap accommodation but it was a bit scary re safety. Mossy and broken steps. Next door in drive deep cuts in concrete for building, I nearly fell down one getting out of taxi, could have been a had injury.

The room was amazing I had so much space to move around. The staff were amazing I would definitely come back and stay at this villa.

Nothing that I didn’t like

I loved how the staff were friendly and polite, the swimming pool is clean and cozy. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

The spa was abandoned although they charge quite high 400k for a massage but the massage bed had old towels the jacuzzi and tub were cracked and full of insects and dust. I am sad to say that this place isn't worth 50$ per night at all. It needs a lot more cleaning and renovation. We ended up using the bedroom and swimming pool that's all.

Beautiful gardens, great pool, the environment is amazing and the staff is so nice! I am going to go back every time I come back to Bali!
