really great staff was friendly very clean free water very spacious pool was great they organised us a floating breakfast which was lovely! lots of choice for breakfast! was really nice place enjoyed staying her high recommend

very friendly staff!

no curtains in the bedroom, therefore it’s very bright in the morning. shower didn’t have hot water. spa was closed due to renovation. pool water was dirty

amazing staff, beautiful rooms, nice pool that is nice to swim in (not heavily chlorinated). Amazing mango fresh:) and the location is very nice. highly recommend.

the only minus was the flush button in the bathroom, which did not close tightly and I could not enjoy taking this amazing big bath, but these are small things!

The hotel is beautiful and has some nice rice fields right there. The Staff was lovely :) Rooms are big, clean and comfortable.

The Spa was closed, anyway, if you’re looking for a nice place to stay, it is an option, but we didn’t see this was like a real spa. Breakfast could be better.

The staff were absolutely phenomenal very reliable and made our stay so much more enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond for any requests ensuring a pleasurable 12 days. The breakfast was outstanding courtesy to the great cooks at the property. The location and entire Villa was phenomenal would highly recommend!

Only cons were the very minimal cleaning, mainly due to the fact that we were staying on the one property for a long period. Linen was only changed once for the entire 12 days however both the original and changed linen all had a multitude of stains which was quite foul. Typically linen should be changed every few days, particularly in such a hot climate with geckos that would crawl all over the beds leaving a trail of god knows what on the linen.

"Great stay but lacks of clean beds"

Amazing location. 5 min. from nice rise fields. Great staff Large rooms Possibility to rent motor bikes (5 min to Ubud-center)

The beds and the room were NOT clean. In particular the bed linen smelled awfully (like a wet dog). The pool is small and the water was not as clean as it should be. The pool area is not offering any shade We believe the road noise was quite substantial (and we had a villa furthest away from the road). The breakfast was quite simple
