Location is very close to city center and staff was very helpful

A large number of bugs and lizards are present. The owner should close the open area to eliminate the issue.

附近很安静，距离乌布皇宫不远，但也要半个小时的车程，屋内基本与参照图片一致，但性价比太差了，下次来一定不会再选择这家的。

1.浴巾、搽手巾发黄和有不同程度的污迹 2.枕头套被套都有不同程度的污迹 3.大卧室的两个洗手池都漏水，墙边漏水，洗手盆周边也漏水，刷牙洗衣服一直在漏 4.浴室的下水道好像堵塞了还是什么的，第二天开始水流就很不畅通 5.最受不了的是第一天入住就发现再小卧室的枕头下有死去的苍蝇，还有些小垃圾，真的很恶心！！！6.大门从里面进去很难开门，但从里面锁就容易一些 7.退房竟然不可以暂存行李，我们12点退房，只要求暂存至3点也不可以 7.退押金的时候一副不情愿的样子，我们的行李都已经放到楼下了，还说要等我们彻底离开再给，太好笑了 8.管家只会在早上问你几点可以清洁的时候回复才很快，其他时候问的问题没有收到过回复。
