Overall stay was amazing the place looks just like the photos. Peaceful neighbors and centralized location to a lot of our activities. The staff was very helpful and attentive.

Bugs, which are normal for Bali. But the door to the bedroom should be more closes at the top and the bottom to at least prevent bugs from coming into the bedroom. We had to sleep in the 2nd bedroom the last day of our stay because of a HUGE bug (I won’t mention) that was in our room.

The property is more beautiful than the pics. The staff Sri was amazing responsive and so kind. she has a heart of gold and made us feel so at home.

The property is modern, clean and just simply fantastic. would recommend this property to anyone visiting Ubud.

Mrs Sri and her helpers were great. The villa is very spacious and comfortable inside. We liked the pool, long enough for real swimming. We were very happy to be in Sayan, a little bit away from the hurdle and bustle of Ubud. We arranged for our own breakfast, a lady and her niece came to make breakfast. You can ask in the neighborhood, maybe some will do it. Very modern feel to the villa inside. We liked the minimalistic design - all clean and straight lines, tasteful furnishings and art, and some nice little touches like good soap etc.

Nothing really. I would have liked some more kitchen knives for preparing meals, ie cutting and slicing. There are just enough cups and glasses, not one too many! Again, everything was fine. The outside of the villa is not giving away how nice it is inside. Also, there is no view to the outside - this didn’t bother us much, because you have your own oasis inside, but may be important to some people who visit Bali.

This place is really amazing and it was well beyond our expectations. From the quality of the furniture, the feeling and look of the natural stone walls, the amazing pool and the Bathtub and the Rain Showers this loft is worth every penny and more. We were assisted by Gede who was so helpful whenever we had questions etc. The place is so comfortable you sometimes like not leaving especially the couches! Highly recommended.
