Mlodge - Luxury Mountain Retreat near Sognefjord & Flåm

The view was great.

Initial room we booked was replaced with another one without our consent and the new one did not have barbecue facilities that we needed so much. As a result our plan to have a barbecue in the mountains was ruined. When we asked that we need the fire pan that our initial booked room had the property owner was ignorant. I think when property makes such change of a room without consent, the new room should have everything the old one has and maybe something more. The person we were in contact with explained that with the fact that we booked last minute which does no make any sense for me as there were many empty rooms with barbecue facilities. Overall we are dissatisfied with our experience there.

The apartment was comfortable, clean and equipped. The owner was nice and responsive. The check-in was easy.

The wifi was weak (not working in the bedroom). The photos of the whole property confused me a little with the size (I imagined the apartment bigger)

My partner and I stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment which was really cute and well designed. Had a stove, oven, cute bathroom with soap and shampoo. Hot water. Had a refrigerator, as well as cups and utensils and coffee machine. The owner was really accommodating, was prompt with answering questions, allowed us to check in late, and the instructions were very clear. The apartment is perfect for a couple or solo traveler. Everything was very clean, wifi worked well. We checked in late and left early but it looked like the views would be amazing.

I regret I could only stay for 1 night.

the double bed is a bit small, and the second bed is a gallery that you need to climb a ladder to above the double bed
