View was amazing . Big old villa. Comfort livingroom and bedroom with bathroom. Kitchen. Personal ( men) was helpfull, hes doing maximum.

Garden,furniture out its not like on photos. No one responds on telephone, too hot in summer, tv didnt work. Checkout is in 12, we tell that we go out 11 and in 10:30 arrived stuff for clening. Owner need too more control of this property.

The window view is amazing. The house is very clean especially the kitchen and bathrooms.

1. There’s no washer but the description on booking said there’s washer. 2. I sent a message to ask about the washer the first night, the host didn’t respond until the next day after I request cancellation. The host said there’s no washer and suggests me to pay for the laundry at a laundry store. This should let us know before clients booked the house. 3. It’s very hot in late July. There’s only fans no air conditioning. The worst is that you can’t open the windows because there’s no window screen to keep off insects. 4. The second bedroom is next to the street which is too loud to sleep.

Amazing views very well equipped super facilities.

Be careful with finding a taxi to get back to the station. We waited over 3 hours don't find any hel or taxi.

The view from the living space and master bedroom is excellent.

Whilst the view is great, unfortunately there’s a lot that lets this property down. It is very run down - wires and sockets hanging out, dusty, damp, lack of upkeep in general. It felt a bit unsafe for children with the electrics. On the last day we had a complete power outage so just left. It’s such a shame as this could be an absolute gem.

I would not recommend anyone stay here. The title "Luxury Villa" is far from true. This is a property which is very dated and is need of some serious repairs. The stairs had mould coming through the paint work. The bottom door was completely broken meaning that when you tried to open the door the handle fell off. The outside sitting area cover was completely covered in dirt and leaves meaning now there were holes in it. The area where you sit had broken rocks falling out of the wall and the cement which holds the stair to the bottom door also broken. A large piece of the iron work which fills the form of the concrete was sticking out about 15-20cm. A perfect recipe for our 2 year old to have an accident. The furniture on the inside is old and worn. One particular chair which you can see an image of is completely broken and the bottom is falling out. I am all for beautiful antique furniture but not this. The kitchen fridge is held up or balanced with I believe plastic which has been folded to keep it straight and because of its age it is just not cold. Least not cold enough for cool drink. The drawers as well were in a mishap and breaks just made the kitchen look and feel really run down. There are two bathrooms one with bath and the other with a shower in the two separate rooms up stairs but the shower door at some point must have broken and now there is no shower door so its water everywhere as you can imagine as its a small cabin shower that needs a door to keep the water in. The gentlemen who met us at the property told us that we probably shouldn't drink the water out the taps which must also mean the plumbing is very old as well and not safe to use. The bath in the other bathroom where you would have the "shower head" extension is broken as well and unusable. The outside area in front of the house has not been cleaned or swept and is in a state of disrepair.

The location and the Lake Como Views

The site listed laundry and there was no washing machine in the villa. When I contacted the owner about it, she claimed it must have been a booking.com error. She made the ridiculous proposition of washing the clothes by hand. And directed to a laundromat which was closed. The owner explained there are restrictions imposed by the government, and she chose a dishwasher over a washing machine. We were only Spending 2 nights and we don’t expect this after spending over 1700 euros ! She also referred to her housekeeper whom we only saw on arrival and was inexistent throughout our stay. The master bedroom had no closet to hang clothes, the bathroom does not have a sliding shower door, the mosquito screen on the window is torn. There are no hooks to hang towels. No bathroom on the main floor. The electricity tripped twice with only 2 fans running. A very expensive stay for what is offered. Only the lake views and location are the winners. At this price, one would expect more comfort, luxury and even basic toiletries.
