The view on the lake is stunning, the garden is also nice. The property was spacious and very clean. The kitchen has all equipment to cook. The bedrooms are big. Good for one night.

The furniture is old and not really comfortable. The main issue is the location on a very busy road. One room is quiet (lake view) and the other one is not at all (on the street). Don't consider walking to the center, there is no sidewalk and narrow road. The shower door was broken in one bathroom, and the other has a bath with no curtain. Contrary to what is written in the ad and shown in pictures, there is no shampoo or shower gel provided. The term 'luxury' is inappropriate.

This is my 3rd time in como lake. Early i took an apartment in lenno! This time i went with my family and we were 4! the best view and the best location! A few minutes away from the station and really easy to reach the lake! and there was a lady and her name was Carla she was really nice to us! because of the rain we were late and our phones were dead! but she did her best to keep our bags and it was a big help! she was so nice! i rate this! we had everything we wanted in the apartment!

The photos don't show that the apartment has not been renovated in the last 30-40 years. The heaters on the upper floor didn't work, it was really cold at nights, the bathroom was reminiscent of the 80s, the quality of the shower and faucet was low. There was no toilet paper, we had to buy it. The bed has no backrest, two metal beds have been put together, the once white built-in wardrobes have turned yellow, the atmosphere is depressing. The furniture of the whole apartment shows that they want to make a big profit with a small investment. For a price of 330 euros/night, this is more than outrageous.

I like the they were communicating until I made a payment for property.

Once I had made a payment couple before the arrival date, their attitude changed. First we agreed that my family would check-in around 20:00 and they replied with perfecto. Before 20:00, I realised that the flight will be late, so I send them a message at 19:22 to inform them that we need to check in at 23:00 instead of 20:00, and they replied with sorry we can't open the door for you at that time. Which meant my reservation was not valid anymore because it was cancelled abruptly by the host. And even worse, their inability to accept my new check-in time which was not my fault meant that they will keep all the money of the reservation because the reservation for non-refundable. I have been using booking.com for more than 20 years now, and I believe that booking.com is going down the drains by letting hosts like this one get their way by stealing money from people without providing a service. And it is not little money, 255 euros per night. I believe it is probably time for me to use more expedia because this time, if I don't get my money back, then it will mean that booking.com will not be an option for me anymore. In any case, if you happen to travel to Como, be aware of this host, and try to avoid reserving there because they don't care about you, they just want the money. This was my experience.

We loved the location and the wonderful view. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed.. Off-street parking was an unexpected bonus.

The bedroom on the road side was a little noisy from the traffic - there seems to be a drain in the road just outside that makes a thumping noise, as vehicles go over it. Ear plugs may be necessary.
