The Calna Villa Bali

The food was open and exposed, flies all over the food. Then the shower handle fell off and burned me as I was unable to turn shower off. Yes rectified immediately however they had to know it was broke’ it looked like it was just softly placed back on. Pool was cold as they receive no sunshine in the personal pools so spent no time in them. Couch for shared space was broken and had burn marks all over it. To state this is a five star hotel is not acceptable, I travel to Bali every year I would give it a 3 at most. Staff were lovely

Отличная вилла, чисто, хорошее чистое постельное белье, нормальный завтрак, чистый бассейн, улыбчивый, отзывчивый, доброжелательный персонал, стремящийся во всём помочь. Расположение среднее, до океана пешком 15 минут по оживлённой улице. В 2 минутах от виллы обменник денег

Все понравилось, можно было бы немного разнообразить завтрак

The private swimming pool

Too noisy at night, near main road

The location and villas were fantastic. Loved the private pool in our own villa which was the perfect temp. The staff were amazing, and the villas restraunt was great food for lunch and dinner, and reasonably priced. They even bought us a new microwave to use in our room. Air con in our bedrooms were amazing also.

Things that would have made it more comfortable, would be providing another one or 2 soft lounge chairs, to accommodate the 3 or 4 guests. We had a 2 seat couch, and 2 small hard outdoor metal chairs for the 3 of us, so you couldn't really lounge back and relax. The provided breakfast was 50/50. The buffet was a good spread with freshly cooked eggs to your liking, but the other food didn't stay hot for long, so was cold everyday, which wasn't nice. The only other thing that was dissapointing is the room wasn't what we were expecting. The photos on Booking.com, for our 2 bedroom unit all showed large lounge areas and the second room upstairs. This wasn't what we got. We had a tiny living room, single level and rooms split by the pool. The small lounge area was dissapointing, with no fan or aircon in that area. We had a look inside some other villas and would highly reccomend unit 11 or 15 for 3 or more people. Despite these things, staff were amazing and wouldn't hesitate staying again.

Beautiful place to stay with family

L'espace du logement, le lit big size très confortable, la piscine privative malgré quelques vis-à-vis pour les bains de minuit !!
