It was ok but have to upkeep it, a bit run down

The noise at night from the main street, it can be heard from our rooms, very noisy

The villa was comfortable. The breakfast was okay but not a lot of variety.

Location - not very many places you can walk to.

"It was pleasant for a short stay."

The villa size was good and suited 5 adults. It was a short walk to the main part of Kuta.

We were in the front villa and the road traffic throughout the night was extremely noisy. We had a few problems with the hot water , which the staff were very quick to fix. 3 bathrooms however and we could only use 1 shower at a time.
