The Boise from the main road was very loud on a Saturday night

We loved the two bedroom villa with the private pool in-between the two bedrooms. The staff at the hotel were very hospitable and friendly, always providing service with a smile. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, including Indonesian and Western options. It was nice having the restaurant for days when you wanted to relax at the hotel. The location was on a busy street, but step past the reception desk and you feel you are in a quiet resort location. It's a 20 minute walk to the beach and not far from restaurants, massage parlours and shopping.

We really enjoyed everything.

Private pool and lovely breakfast

No cutlery at all in the private villa

Staff were nice although not as nice as I've had at other hotels. Private pool was very clean. Loved the location of the hotel. Price of the food was good. Most things we tried we liked.

Pool pump temperamental, pool light broke, gaps in the doors allowing mozzies, water pressure in the shower not great. Entrance door narrow hard to get through without having to unlock the other. Bathroom sink plug not releasing, not enough towels, bathroom essentials were not replenished all the time. Breakfast box not great, considering paying for it cold bread, boiled egg and some fruit maybe arranging a lunch or dinner instead would of been better. Only having bintang to order from restaurant no other alcoholic beverages to offer. Had a rat run through my legs at the front of the hotel whilst waiting for gojek.

All the staff we're very friendly and helpful. The food was lovely and the presentation was good. The room was clean and had plenty of room. The pool was a great addition.
