It needs maintainence, doors latches are loose and locks are bad. Microwave & kettle work poorly Staff doesn’t stay beyond 5 pm Breakfast has limited options & it’s outsourced I guess it’s almost cold, don’t keep breakfast option if you can’t serve variety or warm. We were also served bread with fungus although for the compensation manager gave us warm sandwich but imagine if my toddler kid would have eaten it, my husband ate one thankfully nothing happen … Lots of lizard around whole house, once I found it on dinning table. Lots of frogs & chameleon in garden we were really scared what if more crawling creature will come … I was keeping swim towels in nights in front of doors to block any crawling creature enter inside … Staff was good natured but the lady mostly helping us doesn’t understand English

This is easily one of my most favourite places in all of Ubud. The village of Nyuh Kuning is so so special, and this villa was just right for my friends and I.

Honestly, there was nothing not to like. My only advice would be to meet at the end of the street if you need to use or call a car.

Private pool, comfie beds, functioning AC, attentive staff, close to very good restaurants (incl. vegan, vegetarian, local food/warung). Great spa nearby. Easy to order grab to go everywhere

Nothing. I came with my old parents and for them it was a bit difficult to walk up and down the steps. But Ubud is hilly and it's like this everywhere.

The Villa was exactly as advertised. Stunning property. Location is great. Rooms were lovely large and beds very comfortable. Staff at the property lovely. Made and Dayu Thank you for being so helpful and available 🙏

One more sun lounger would be nice

Location was quiet and the local village was very nice. Beds were comfy and lots of storage in the bed rooms. Short walk to some good restaurants. Overall this area felt a little more upmarket than other parts of Ubud.

The pool wasn’t very clean. There was slimy growth on the tiles above the water line and overall the pool tile felt a bit clean - it could do with a very good scrub. For a luxury villa, the quality of the kitchen crockery etc could be better. The living area itself was quite small with only one day bed so the whole family couldn’t sit and relax - someone would have to sit at the dining table. Living room tiles and overall area are a bit tired and not what you’d expect from a luxury villa. Overall, we were a bit disappointed with the quality of this villa compared to the place we stayed in Ubud the previous week, for the same price.
