The owner was very friendly. The house was clean and beautifully decorated, combining traditional Japanese and Balinese styles. It's open and nestled into a beautifully maintained garden. There's a lovely small swimming pool next to the house. Delicious breakfasts, prepared by the owner and beautifully presented. I recommend it for a short or longer stay in Ubud.

Een geweldig ontworpen huis, waar veel liefde en aandacht in is gestopt. Het huis is helemaal open, prachtige planten in de tuin en een mooi (klein) zwembad. Elke ochtend werd er een verzorgd ontbijt klaar gemaakt. Pannenkoeken voor de kinderen en lekker veel fruit. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar, die zeer behulpzaam is ook en prettig communiceert

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful house. Created and built with eco friendly materials and human warmth we instantly felt welcome and relaxed at Noka House. Nyoman, the host is a very kind, sincere man who was very generous with his time. He provided excellent directions for our arrival and met us at the property. Throughout our stay he was always available if we required anything but never intrusive. Every morning Nyoman and Wuyan, the housekeeper, came in to cook the best breakfasts we had during our entire holiday. Our son enjoys cooking and they kindly taught him how to cook the Nasi Goreng and let him assist with the breakfast preparation, a highlight of the trip for our son. The Kecak fire dance at the local temple was a fun, interesting evening out. The house is located a short distance from Ubud centre but it was very quick and easy to get Grab taxis when we wanted to explore further afield. There are a couple of good local warung restaurants close by and small shops for basic provisions and also plenty of food delivery options. We were all very sad to leave Noka House and we would love to visit again. Thank you, Nyoman, Wuyan and Oreo (the friendly cat)

True Balinese open villa. Our family 4 adults, 2 children loved everything, their rooms and own bathrooms were great. The pool is smallish but wonderful, especially in the rain. Beautiful greenery with climbing orchids, making it so private. Lying in bed with open shutters listening to frogs and bird life is magic. We used taxis to get to centre Ubud but restaurants, cafes, and small grocery stores are just along the road. We loved our stay and would come back. Nyomen, the owner was very helpful, and we went to his local temple to watch fire dancing. The kids loved that especially. Thank you.

This property is amazing !! The privacy and position were perfect. The pool and layout of the house suited our whole family ! The host was kind and attentive to any needs ! The breakfasts they made every morning were amazing
