Fantastic villa. Beautifully appointed with everything you could need. Our host ( and owner) Nyoman is super helpful and had some great ideas. The breakfasts were the best in Bali. Love the villa and enjoyed meeting some of the local frogs and the resident cat Mr Oreo.

Beautiful house with a lot of detailed character and personality. It's homey, cozy and well taken care of. All basic amenities plus bonuses like insect repellent and floor mats are provided (yoga mats too but they can use some deep cleaning). My favourite things about the house aside from the overall design were the super comfy bed and the Japanese-inspired living area. Only note is that only one room is air conditioned, though during the stay it didn't really work. I personally have no problem sleeping without AC as it's pretty cool at night, but some of my friends said it would be nice to have it. Pak Nyoman, the owner who is a brilliant artist, is a sincere, kind and warm person. I asked him a lot of questions and he generously shared his knowledge in terms of how he built and designed the house. His cat Oreo was real cute too. Overall it was a memorable stay and I am looking forward to revisit soon. Thank you Pak Nyoman and team for your hospitality.

It’s peaceful and amazing house with the soul and the best owner

Very clean, the layout of the house makes it very cool and breezy compared to outside. Nyoman was very welcoming and helpful, even assisting us with a last minute taxi to the airport. I highly recommend this place, the incredible art, Balinese and Japanese architecture makes it hard to want to leave! 10/10

We loved our stay at Noka House. Nyoman, his family and housekeeper Wayan were all so lovely and couldn't have been more hospitable and welcoming. The house had everything we needed, was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It was lovely having the pool to cool off in. We were 4 adults and a 9 month old baby and it was perfect. Thank you Nyoman!

The concept. Classically and essentially Balinese in every way as far as I know. Open home layout with a nature friendly setting. Artistically created and it really shows that the proud owners have put a lot of thought into this property. Near to Ubud village yet far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Communication with the owner was smooth right from the start. Although the property is a little hidden, Pak Nyoman anticipated this and gave clear instructions to the house right from the beginning and ensured we had a smooth check in. Breakfast was made to order from the options given and done to perfection.
