Villa 12 Luxury - Private Pool - Costa Adeje

Matteo was a great host - regularly kept in touch on WhatsApp and was helpful throughout. Villa great location for walking to bars/restaraunts in adeje or las americas

The property was clean & bright with everything you could need available. It smelt lovely on arrival. Stayed as a family of 5, 4 adults & 1 teen. Never stayed in a Villa before & wanted to compare to a hotel. Although not huge the pool was a fine size to splash around & room for lilos. No fighting for sunbeds..huge bonus. Great location, walking distance to bars, beach & restaurants. Supermarket only a couple of minutes down the hill. Would stay again & would recommend . Very secure & could open out patio doors to bring the outside in. We had a really great stay. The host was very friendly & on hand if you needed her.

As we stayed late October we could have done with more outside lighting when wanting to dine around 8pm outside, it was a little too dark on the patio but not a big problem as large indoor table . Plenty of towels for indoor..outside towels not provided. We don’t have any complaints though it was a very nice stay 🙂

Not as clean as last visit , quite a few cockroach visits!

Great location, spacious and great pool area

We liked everything about the property very spacious ‘very clean and good location nice and quiet also lovely views would definitely stay here again.

Nothing but would benefit from having a kettle but does have coffee machine so not to bad but I prefer tea but that’s just me.

The villa was amazing, we only stayed for 3 nights and it was the best villa I've stayed in yet. The location was great, easily get to all amnesties in the area, local restaurants and shops are a 5 min walk and 10 min to the beach and bars. The beds were a dream to sleep in, clean linen and towels for our stay also. The pool was heated even though it was hot enough for it not to be, but coming home from a few drinks on a night and it was like stepping into a hot tub.

The only downside was the WiFi, it worked but not the best.
