Villa 12 Luxury - Private Pool - Costa Adeje

The villa was stunning and was in the perfect location close to the center of costa adeje and los americas. Andrea was also super helpful and any query we had was answered very quickly. The villa was clean and safe and the pool was the best part!

Nothing, it was perfect :) Would only suggest adding a sign outside the villa to find it easier uppon arrival.

Swimming pool was great nice terrace nice and big house for family of six with three bathrooms location good right next to Siam park loved it would wanted to stay more than 5 days I would definitely stay there again

The mattress in the master bedroom was not good that is it everything else was excellent

Beautiful spacious house with everything we needed. Very clean with lovely finishing touches and the pool was a bonus. Location is good. A short stroll to the left takes you to Siam Park and to the right takes yon to the shopping centre and beaches. Hosts were really friendly and helpful too.

There were steps from the lounge to the bedrooms and we had a wheelchair user in our party, so he had to go outside to access the bedrooms.

Beautiful property very spacious and natalia was excellent helping us with any questions we had, the location of the villa is very close to anything you would need during your stay!

Central location for low Cristianos, playa de las Américas and adeje. Close to all the main parks (Siam park and mall and aqua land). Property itself is well put together with aircon in all rooms and the open plan inside makes it great for families. Great en suites. Kitchen and dining works well with all the tech options (Wi-Fi etc). Also has BBQ and the pool whilst small is just right for relaxing together with cabana and sun beds. Gated property (property itself has alarm) meant you felt secure with own parking. Michel and Natalia were professional and at hand if you needed anything and have been brilliant at comms throughout. Overall really good property and location.

Not a criticism but just for clarity. Whilst accessible for wheelchairs, it has some drawbacks for those with mobility issues. Bathrooms are roomy but not equipped for disabled guests ie they don’t have grab rails (toilet and shower) and no shower seats. We got round this by hiring our own equipment. Kitchen equipment needs an inventory and restock as successive rentals may resulted in certain items missing (oven trays, graters etc) but a quick call to Michel sorted this. I think the property would also benefit from a user guide /manual for guests. We were able to figure out most things through trial and error.

The Villa is located in a good position in Adeje, far enough out of the restaurants and bars but close for it to be easy to have the option.

Whilst the Villa itself is quite a nice property, the pool was dirty and in need of a good clean. The most noticeable thing is the ant infestation in and around the property, the laundry room and corridor to the bedrooms were overrun with ants on most days. The owners should regularly treat both inside and outside of the property with ant treatments to keep them under control. We were advised we had to check out at 10am too, which offers little flexibility for people / families who have luggage and may be travelling far home. We are a little disappointed with our stay.

Loved the spacious property and swimming pool. Also the location was great nearby beaches, shopping centre, supermarket and Siam.

Insects were a prblem. Lots of ants and flees.

Exactly what it said on the tin, very friendly welcome, very clean, would not hesitate to re-book for future

The location of the villa was good it is about 200m for busy areas but to get back there is a long hill but is only €5 In a taxi

The only bad thing about villa is there are quite a lot of ants inside and outside of the building
