"Wonderful."

It was close enough of a walk from the port. Not many stairs. The villa was so amazing. The set up is so cute and has amazing view. Very clean. Exactly what a villa on this amazing island should be. The plunge pool is a nice addition.

"A fabulous peaceful visit to Hydra in a beautiful villa with a fantastic host!"

The Villa was extremely clean and well-presented, with good quality furnishings, a great layout with plenty of space and storage - it was even better than we anticipated! It’s located in the Kamini area which meant that, whilst being close enough to walk to the bustling port in Hydra, we were also able to take advantage of a slightly quieter area. There were plenty of lovely restaurants within walking distance of the villa and the walk into Hydra port was easy, relatively flat and a really enjoyable way to travel. Nina (our host) could not have been more accommodating and really made us feel extremely well looked after. She met us at Hydra port on arrival, arranged a sea taxi to take us to Kamini and then escorted us up to the villa. She was also in regular contact with us, asking if we needed anything and offering to help us make restaurant / beach club reservations. A really fantastic host!

The only slightly difficult part of getting to the Villa is when you have luggage - it’s a bit of a walk, uphill with some steps. But this is by no means a dealbreaker and totally manageable!

"Relaxing, great views and expectations met."

It is very spacious, has amazing views from the roof terrace and the plunge pool is great for cooling off and giving the kids something extra to do. Also we were looked after very well from the moment we arrived to when we left by John and Nina.

It’s about 15 minutes walk to the main harbour and there isn’t a shop nearby but we actually found a short cut on the last day and it was quite nice taking a ‘stroll’ before breakfast.

Location was good, 10-15 min walk from the city center. Very clean and nice villa with beautiful views from the sun terrace. All the amenities required are available. Hosts were very nice and friendly. Definitely would come back

Not in the port area, have to get a water taxi to transfer the suitcases. and no breakfast. Otherwise everything was suburb!
