"Stylish, comfortable and clean. A lovely place to be based for our stay in Ypres."

A very stylish and comfortable place. Clean and well maintained too. The beds were large and very comfortable, lots of seating in first floor lounge. Pleasant out look and super handy location for the train and the town centre. And the welcome beer was delicious!

Having the accommodation over so many floors was a bit awkward for getting luggage in but was also a huge part of the place's charm. Well worth the minor hassle.

"Fantastisch vakantiehuisje voor een familieweekend"

Het was heel gezellig huis. Onze familie heeft er echt van genoten en alles was aanwezig, wat je nodig had.

Een airco had wel handig geweest, want slapen was heel moeillijk met de hitte.

"Huge vacation home!"

Huge, recently renovated heritage building. Tons of space with 4 separate bedrooms and a ladder-access loft. Property was impeccably clean and even came with a complimentary large bottle of Belgium beer in the refrigerator. Well appointed kitchen for those who would like to prepare meals. A treat to have access to a refrigerator with an ice dispenser!

Anyone with mobility issues should be cautious with this property. Four stories of narrow stairs. The 4th floor bedrooms had access to a toilet on that floor, while the 3rd floor bedrooms had to run down to the 2nd floor for toilet facilities. Also, for unknown reasons, the operator only supplies tiny towels, even for bath or shower use. Several other guests have commented on the goofy towel sizing. Parking is advertised as “free”, however, it isn’t being provided by the property; guest have to find a spot at the train station about 300m from the home
