Villa Lisha

Ayu, Puttu and the manager of this villa were available to contact 24/7 and Ayu and Puttu were there when we arrived at the villa. Lovely hosts who provided us with a great tour of the villa and where everything was. I left my jacket in the villa and had to come back to collect it and Ayu had kindly kept it safe for me to come collect on a different day. The villa is really pretty and spacious with a massive bedroom with connecting door to the pool and the bathroom was nice too. Good location with cafes closeby if you want coffee/breakfast. Secure villa with keys provided to the villa, entrance and main property.

it would have helped if there were mosquito nets in the bedroom as the spray provided did not help but otherwise everything else was great.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for exploring canngu. 10mins walk to beach and 5mins walk to shops.

We liked the size of the rooms. Living spaces were nice.

Outside was a bit run down.

Een geweldig mooi huis. Twee grote slaapkamers met beide een aangesloten badkamer met separaat een bad en douche. Totaal drie toiletten en airco in de woon-en slaapkamers. Zwembad is niet groot maar heerlijk voor een vroege of late duik. Ideaal is de watertap die zowel koud als heet water gaf. Het personeel is net als alle Balinezen enorm vriendelijk en lief. Ze appen of bellen om de privacy van de gasten te waarborgen en iedere dag schoonmaken als je zelf niet thuis bent. Sommige recensies begrijp ik ook niet. Krisna haalde ons op van het vliegveld en met zijn vriendelijke gezicht ben je de lange reis meteen vergeten. Ketut verdient een extra compliment (en salaris wat mij betreft). Hij heeft echt veel voor ons gedaan en heeft gezorgd voor een onvergetelijke dag langs diverse watervallen.

Alles was meer dan prima. Oké er is misschien wat achterstallig onderhoud op sommige punten maar dat is dan wel conform westerse eisen. Langs de wegen wandelen is een uitdaging. Wij hebben regelmatig wandelend een restaurant bezocht in Changgu. Maar scooters rijden op ieder stuk asfalt wat ze zien dus ook op het pad waar jij loopt. De locatie is ideaal tov café del mar. Het ligt eigenlijk tussen changgu en Seminyak in. Maar met een Gojec ben je overal tegen een hele lage prijs.

The huge villa is great value for money in terms of size and facilities. The furnishings are lovely and the pool is exquisite. It was really easy to get food delivered or book a bike ride on Grab from this location. The staff were attentive and helpful, and contacted me to arrange cleaning every day. There also is a supermarket nearby, a short (but slightly dangerous walk) on the busy road.

The bathroom fittings are tired. The tiles, porcelain and chrome are deeply corroded from harsh chemicals. The bathroom drain had a noticeable odour, presumably a result of the same corrosion as the rest of the plumbing. The guest toilet did not flush reliably despite being attended to by staff more than once. There is a leaking crack in the bath. These are NOT deal breakers by any means but it's a maintenance issue that needs attention. Also, there is no safe in the main room, and there really needs to be one.

The villa was wonderful, we had a lovely time here in March 2025. We were 4 adults (2 couples). The villa was very comfortable, the lounge area with air-con was welcomed. The bedrooms were huge, beds were comfortable (firm but apparently this is thing in Bali). There was plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and water provided with a water cooler which also did boiling water (so no need to rush to get water on your way from the airport). The pool was lovely and a nice place to sit out. The Manager, Ketut, was wonderful, all the staff were very nice, Ketut couldn’t do enough for us. We had some washing done, massages organised and he took us out on a couple of day trips which was great. All extra charges but very reasonable. It was also very useful to be able to be dropped off in the local area at no additional charges. I would highly recommend staying in this Villa if you are looking at this area.

The property was perfect, however we found it a bit dangerous waking out of the Villa so we got a grab taxi whenever going out. The traffic was horrendous, lack of pavements, holes and trip hazards in the pavements that were there. The state should really do something about this. A car nearly ran into us as we walked back from a local beach club. That was the last time we walked in that area! Very unsafe.
