The staff were exceptionally helpful and even took us to sort our phones out. Nothing was a problem and always responded super quick.

Staff were very nice and accommodating.

Villa was run down, shower was blocked and would overflow everytime, pool didn’t look clear and clean like pool water should. One of our towels actually smelt like fuel which was a little concerning. Construction right next door until late hours of the evening which wasn’t ideal when trying to settle a baby for bedtime and naps, this isn’t the villas fault but definitely did ruin our stay here.

Spacious, quiet and a great location. The pool was lovely and very relaxing.

I was glad you could walk straight out to the beach to get places. It was impossible to walk right or left along the road due to narrow roads and busy traffic.

What a great stay! The villa was much more luxurious than we expected. I always tend to take photos with a grain of salt but the villa was more spacious, luxurious and comfortable than the photos showed. Once we walked through the door we thought we were in a lobby, not the actual villa. I think that speaks for itself! All the facilities were great, multiple bathrooms, a nice and large kitchen, beautiful rooms and of course the swimming pool! Putu (who worked at the villa) was absolutely lovely too, he always took the time to respond to my inquiries and help out if needed. It was nice and clean too and if we asked for additional towels and whatnot, Putu came in clutch every time.

The location was a little further from the main area of Canggu than I expected, but that might've been our mistake. It was still central enough for us to get around easily through Grab or Gojek. There was also a bit of noise coming from the construction site next to the villa, but that's not something the villa owners can do anything about. We did notice at some moments that the workers would peek at us in the pool which was not a big deal to us but can be uncomfortable for some. Might be something to take note of, but perhaps Putu or management could take care of this.

We really enjoyed our stay because the property was spacious and comfortable. All the necessary amenities were provided and even if you needed any extras, a supermarket was within walking distance. The host was excellent, always making sure we had everything that we needed PLUS daily housekeeping was a really nice bonus. 10/10 would stay again!

While it is in an up and coming area, do expect some noise in the daytime due to the construction around. The bathrooms in each room are also a little bit exposed (i.e. no doors separating the bedroom and the bathrooms) so this might not be comfortable for some.
