"Issues need sorting, hot tub ruined our weekend"

Good location - spacious

Hot tub was green and had a terrible sewerage smell. Contacted owner who wanted £50 to clean after 1 day, I don’t believe this should have been chargeable the state it was in after use of the hot tub once. Bin lid didn’t close. TV remote broken. WiFi very poor. No kitchen blind so anyone walking past can see inside on a night. Have stayed last year and some of these issues still not sorted. Hot tub ruined it this time for us, 3 children who looked forward to it but could not go in due to smell and colour.

"Wonderful peaceful 2 night stay"

Loved the location, facilities and hot tub. Loved the personal touches of the the lodge, toiletries, essentials like teabags/sugar etc and the prosecco. Had such a peaceful and relaxed stay. Will be returning soon.

The property had a few cobwebs but that was all and didnt really ruin our stay :-)
