Great location to walk from into Hobart and all the restaurants on Elizabeth Street.

Plenty of space for a family, although the stairs might be tricky for younger kids.

An old building full of history at a good location. Recommend.

It was easy to find. The location was close to a great coffee shop & an excellent grocery store & bottle shop. Bedrooms very spacious. House well cleaned & good products in the bathrooms.

The stairs were ok for us but could be problematic for some people.

Location was quite a distance from the main part of Hobart and from the Harbour. However it was near a nice shopping strip, supermarket and bottle shop.

Garden was really overgrown and full of weeds. The master bedroom on the ground floor looked straight into a dumping ground for the house rubbish and old broken furniture. The outside stair case was broken and draped in "Keep out" danger tape. It was inaccessible from the 2nd floor as whole sections of the steps were missing. The lighting in the main bedroom was extremely poor. There were no main lights at all, just 2 tiny bedside lamps that did not emit much light and the railing on the staircase was really loose and quite dangerous. There was no TV in either living room which we all found quite odd and the main dresser in the lounge (which was big enough to contain a television) was locked.

Spacious, great kitchen, beautiful roses.

No television in communal area. The lawn was long, and needed mowing. Very hard bed in downstairs bedroom. Stairs were very challenging to get suitcases up and very steep. No personal and welcoming touches.
