LIDO Villa

Spacious modern properly in a great location near the beach and strip of nice bars and restaurants. Super helpful contact with managers of property..

The villa looks very impressive, it's huge with plenty of space. The rooms are spacious but fairly basic. The pool is lovely and it was great to have a pool table. The villa is close to the beach and lots of beach restaurants. Also only 5 minute grab ride into Hoi An. Highly recommend Luckys Beach Restaurant, it's across the main road away from the beach but good food and very friendly.

Unfortunately the villa is tired and needs some updating. The loungers looked very dirty. The finish in the property is quite poor in some areas.

Hong and the team at Lido Villa were amazing. Really helpful and friendly. They organised a birthday cake and decorations for my husband’s birthday, and gave us free bike hire.

Very slippery floor tiles. Bed in main bedroom was very noisy/squeaky.

Nice place to chill for the whole family. Host Hong was very nice and accommodating. Bicycles to explore the area were very handy.

Such an amazing stay! The owner Ms Hong was so welcoming and great with communication. She made us feel very safe and at home. There was a daily housekeeper who was incredibly sweet and respectful. The location was really good! About a 10 minute Grab ride out of the old town of Hoi An, the weather wasn’t the greatest so we didn’t get to enjoy the beach as much though. But the pool and pool table was perfect for us! The rooms are big and clean and well maintained. It was also incredibly secure with many locks and roller doors. Huge thank you to Ms Hong for letting us stay a bit passed the checkout time too because the next guests wouldn’t arrive until later in the evening. It was a huge help to us. Overall, we just didn’t want to leave at all!

The only thing that comes to mind is that the outdoor stairs can get slippery when it’s rained, but the owner tried to minimise this as much as possible by keeping the tarp at the rooftop down. Unfortunately on one of our first nights the zip tie broke so we just had to roll it up as it was making a loud banging but she was aware and very understanding of this. The only other downside is that they’re doing works on the houses next door at the moment and they tend to do it early, so I would have a disrupted sleep here and there but otherwise the villa itself is so worth it!

Had an extremely enjoyable stay at the Lido Villa. We were met by the owner Hong who was very helpful and who went above and beyond to help us out! The Vila exceeded all our expectations Every room had a private bathroom Swimming pool and billiard table was just what we needed for our relaxing holiday Highly recommend staying here the beach is only 200m away
