"Wonderful property with matching service in a lovely location"

Very spacious, luxurious and clean in a quiet location very close to the beach and a 50000vnd grab ride to the old town. Good food, drink, coffee places close by. The owner provided exceptional service and immediately responded to any queries/problems we had.

"Absolutely incredible and dirt cheap"

The place was absolutely incredible. Hong the host is simply amazing - she always responded within 30seconds and organised every single little thing we could think of including takeaway delivery, massages, facials, breakfast every morning, transfers, and private tours. The villa itself is spectacular - walking distance to the beach and great restaurants and bars and just a short uber trip into the main old town area of Hoi An. And so unbelievably cheap!! We stayed for new years eve and absolutely will do this again.

"Brilliant location and exceptional facilities."

The villa is located by the beach close to some restaurants and massage places. The breakfast and maid service was great and Hong was very helpful. The beds were comfortable and the villa was exceptionally clean and well presented. The teenage kids loved the pool and pool table. It is a short grab ride to the old town.

"Worth the money, beautiful villa"

The villa is really well-maintained. Our party of 6 occupied the 4 bedrooms available with en-suite bathroom in each. The location is near the beach with some cool eateries and beach club. The host, Hong, is super nice and helpful. You can just communicate with her via text easily. The villa is cleaned daily, and you can get your laundry done with a charge. Highly recommended especially for families like us.

Beautiful property in quiet location, close to beach, pubs, local shops. Whole Villa exceptionally clean, well equipped with fabulous pool and pool table.

In quieter area, which we like, cheap taxi ride to HoiAn so not a problem for us. Nothing we didn’t like. Lots of stairs as Villa has 4 floors which may not suit everyone.
