SaffronStays Olive Greens - Pool, Lawn & Glasshouse Escape

We reached there at 1pm as checkin time yet we received entry at 2:15. We were forced to wait with family and kids. Rooms were stinking they dont tell you food charges and give you big surprise at checkout

Location was Peaceful and Serene. Dinner setup place was Good.

The pool water was dirty and stinky. There were lot of Insects inside the Bedroom and Bathroom. The staff tried to use Insects spray and Lakshman Rekha to get rid of insects but unsuccessful. Some insects had even crawled on the Bed. The Furniture was dirty and in general House both Inside and outside was Dusty. It needs professional cleaning and Pest Control.

Location is excellent, view of the mountains and clear sky. Comfortable rooms.

Food quality should definitely improve. The rooms are cleaned only if asked for. Repeated reminders to be given to clean the dinning area. Anything extra is charged for. In an hospitality sector u expect better service if you are charging like a 4-5 star. The pool is too small and not clean. Approach road is soo bad. Raddison Blu would have been a better choice.

The location is very private, scenic and is very close to the mountains. During day time we were mostly sitting outside enjoying the beautiful monsoon views with tea/coffee and fresh snacks. In the night time the deck room above the swimming pool was great for a party, with sofas, music and with large glass windows for the night views. The owners Mr & Mrs Sharma who have been very responsive and helped us a lot in arranging for our trek to Bhimshankar and other local places.

The indian veg food was prepared well, but the non-veg and chinese dishes can be done better.

The place is very clean and location is fantastic. The staff was also good. The villa is very well maintained.

The food quality can be improved. Further we faced some issue with food quantity as well so that also should be taken care of. The villa is in very remote location and therefore it is necessary that quantity should be taken care of. Further quality also should be improved as per the charges paid.
