Bunaken Villa Queen's Dive

The location is perfect, a little bit away from the village so it feels very peaceful and quiet, which is exactly what we were looking for. You can really relax here without any distractions. This place has everything you need: the rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with nice little touches that make you feel at home. The owner and the staff are absolutely wonderful, very friendly, caring, and always ready to help with anything you might need. They gave us great tips about activities around Bunaken and made sure our stay was smooth from start to finish. It really felt like being part of a family rather than just a guest at a resort. The restaurant is also a highlight. The food is delicious, freshly prepared, and you can really taste the love in every dish. We especially enjoyed trying the local meals, but even the simple dishes were cooked so well. Having good food after a day of snorkeling or diving made the whole experience even better. Overall, Villa Queen’s is a beautiful and welcoming place to stay in Bunaken. It combines comfort, warm hospitality, and great food with the perfect location for relaxation. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy Bunaken in a calm, cozy, and unforgettable way.

Une Expérience Luxueuse et Inoubliable à Bunaken ! Ce séjour à Villa Queen's était exceptionnel. Malgré notre hébergement dans la zone Homestay, nous avons vécu un pur luxe : lit avec matelas à mémoire de forme, ventilateur personnel, climatisation, placard privé et salle de bain bien conçue avec eau chaude. Confort et Connexion Ininterrompus Malgré les coupures d'électricité de 16h sur l'île, Villa Queen's maintenait l'alimentation électrique en continu. La connexion internet Starlink n'a jamais failli - parfait pour le télétravail ! Équipements et Activités de Classe Mondiale Accès complet aux équipements du seul établissement 4 étoiles de l'île : trois piscines, salle de sport, et cours de sculpture sur bois avec l'artiste résident. Nos excursions sur mesure ont inclus Tangkoko, Tomohon, Manado, et des tours d'observation des dauphins (nous en avons vu des centaines !). Trois amis ont obtenu leur certification PADI Open Water en trois jours. Les autres, initialement nerveux, ont gagné confiance grâce aux piscines et ont adoré leurs plongées découverte (6 plongées chacun à 10m) ! La Cuisine, un Chef-d'œuvre Culinaire🤤 Tout est organique on a même visité la ferme ou d'où proviennent les aliments. Merci Juliana et Mehdi! Vous êtes des hôtes exceptionnels

The Queens Villa is the pearl of North Sulawesi ! I’ll start with the food. You don’t eat at Queens Villa, you dine. The food is prepared from start to presentation by master chefs. They take great care and pride in their work and will always visit your table to be sure everything is excellent. They even take notice of what you don’t eat so they know what you like. Meals are served around the three tiered pool that is crisp and clean and no chlorine ! A beautiful water falls with soft lighting brings a soothing atmosphere. The property is always occupied by many artist always making wonder wood works, fountains and flora that feels like the garden of Eden. Dinners and evening are a great mix of international artist and travelers sometimes great conversations sometimes musicians playing guitars and drums, flutes and on occasion Karaoke singing! They have a complete network of drivers, guide and business people all around Sulawesi. If you don’t want to carry cash around the village and boats and on tours you can just tell them your hotel and they will send the bill to Medi and Julieanna. They can arrange any kind of tours and excursion tailored to your likes, so you don’t need to pay for packaged tours that you don’t want and at a great price. They are the only ATM on the island at this time which is really convenient. And the most important part for me is the dive shop. Local guides with eagle eyes and fantastic skills!!! Again, very wonderful prices and equipment. Indonesia in my opinion is the greatest dive sites on our planet right now and Bunaken is right up there with Raja Ampat and their reefs and dive sites are just minutes away on a boat. And for turtle lovers, this is by far the turtle haven of our planet bar none!!! My favorite by far!!!!!

It’s too far from my hours but 100% worth the trip!!!

The hosts are friendly and do everything to make you feel at home. The swimming pools are great to relax after a day of snorkeling/diving

The cost. The accommodation is not as perfect as shown on the pictures and does not justify the high price. We have been travelling for a long time through Indonesia and have a lot of reference. The food is delicious, but also too expensive.

Possibilité de passer le PADI en 3 jours en commençant tranquillement dans la piscine de l’hôtel. Les propriétaires Madhi et Juliana, couple multiculturels entre Québec, Tunisie et Java passionnants et très sympathiques !

Het zwembad is echt geweldig ook met de zitjes eromheen, erg van genoten vooral tijdens laagwater.

Ondanks dat alles vers gemaakt wordt en goed smaakt vonden wij in vergelijk met andere plekken in Indonesië de prijs voor deze accomodatie en eten aan de hoge kant (ondanks het geweldige zwembad )

De perfecte liggen om te duiken of snorkelen in mooi helder water met mooi koraal.Het zwembad is fijn, het eten wordt met verse ingrediënten bereid. De eigenaren zijn behulpzaam en enthousiast.Hebben een mooie dolfijnen en snorkeltour gedaan. Dit werd perfect verzorgd door het resort met lekkere hapjes en drinken. Heerlijke massages door de eigenaresse. En transfers werden top geregeld.

Airco werkt niet top dus kamer bleef warm, kamer niet heel schoon en badkamer wat verouderd. Maar de sfeer en het enthousiasme van de eigenaren maakt dit allemaal weer goed

The whole experience is just amazing: the quiet, private location, the pool (even a 3m deep, small "diving refresh" is on site), the food (both Indonesian and European) the diving (private boat, experienced PADI certified instructors) but most of all the two amazing hosts: Madi and Julianna. You can fully enjoy your stay, turn your carefree holiday mode on, as everything is handled for you. They know everything (and everyone) on the island, offer almost 24/7 advice and can help with even the most bizarre guest requests. Top class!

Perfect location, 3 minute on foot to snorkeling site or dock for diving; tons of fish, turtle and intact coral reef; Excellent pools ( three different depth) for leisure and dive training, super relax after you come back from diving or snorkeling; Fine dining cooked by the owners themselves, though a little slow; we even get a wild chicken from the jungle; Hot shower and no power cut, which is quite rare in this island; Dive instructor is absolutely professional; The owners are super warm and helpful;

Price for transportation, tour and diving is a little higher compared with nearby diving resort, but acceptable considering the luxury you enjoyed in the hotel; Dive masters are skilled but unfortunately not good at underwater photography.
