Beachfront Villa

Loved the location. Bedrooms suited our group. Supplies were plentiful. Our hosts were very friendly.

The property an older cottage style house that has been renovated to a high standard while still maintaining that vintage character. The while the price is at the upper range, the quality of renovation was significantly better than I saw from other cheaper options on this site. Everything was clean, and while we didn't use the kitchen, it was fully equiped. The collection of books and games on the shelves was a nice touch, and the patio was a great spot to watch the world go by. Plenty of food options - including breakfast - within walking distance, and it was simple to Uber into town.

If I were giving feedback, the mattresses weren't the best - very springy and cheap feeling. It felt a little out of step with the quality of the rest of the property. The Internet was also so slow as to be unusable; however, we didn't experience much better with mobile data, so perhaps there was a Napier problem while we were there rather than this being an issue with the property itself as I did note fibre coming into the property and the wifi coverage/signal-strength itself was excellent.

The villa is in a great location with easy access to both the beach and town centre. On arrival, the villa was spotlessly clean. All furnishings are in pristine condition and the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom all very well equipped. Check in & out was easy and the hosts leave detailed instructions in a well thought out guest guide. The villa is tastefully decorated with the perfect balance of style and comfort. This is by far one of the best accomodations in New Zealand that we’ve had the pleasure of staying at. We will certainly be back!

Great communication Walk across the road to the beach, restaurants and playground close by, walking distance to most things. Nice and quiet Villa has everything you need.

We didn't receive the key code from booking.com. Thankfully the key lock was left open so we could retrieve the key. Would of been nice to have two keys.

The house was beach front, immaculate and had everything you need for a family or group of friends. Jo and Mike, we great hosts.
