Parking, garage not suitable. Stained carpets. Dull lighting in living area.

Mould in en-suite shower and broken tiles. Instructions for the oven were not under any of the QR Codes.

Location was excellent. Street was a little difficult to find initially but once you knew where it was, the next time you needed to access was easier. Lovely quiet street. Furniture was lovely and beds and pillows were very comfortable. The home was very clean.

The lighting in the house was quite dull. Brighter bulbs would be beneficial. The ensuite shower taps were a bit strange. Have to turn the cold a lot to get any cold water, pipes are also quite noisy. Couldn’t unlock the deadlock externally at one point to access the property, not sure why, accessed through garage and was able to unlock from inside.

The heritage look of the area. The quite location of the area. The comfortable settings.

Great location, well set out villa with plenty of space for its size. The heating worked so well. The price was great compared to hotels in the area

Very limited tea/coffee options. It was also very impersonal, obviously professional and that's fine, but it would be nice for example to have some board games or other homely touches.
