Great location in a quiet crescent with easy walk to town. Heating was very responsive and quickly warmed the house. Kitchen was well equipped.

Very comfortable. Beds and lounge excellent. Aircon very effective. Great kitchen. Location was perfect off Byng St and super quiet which was lovely. Great to have remote control garage with internal access to the property. Our small car fitted but larger vehicle would need to use the car space outside.

Both toilet seats are worn out with peeling plastic. For minimal expense, they need replacing so they can be hygienically and thoroughly cleaned. Overall, the property was super clean and comfy. I was travelling with my 90 and 91 year old parents and was disappointed that we were unable to extend our departure time by one hour on our last day, without incurring a $30 fee. At their age, my parents find it difficult to be out the door too early and we were not due to visit family until quite a bit later in the day. After many years of travelling, including all types of accommodation such as hotels and motels, this is the first who came up with such a fee for one hour extra if needed on the odd occasion for good reason. A little disappointing but overall we did enjoy a lovely comfortable stay. Just seemed to lack the personal touch and understanding.
