"Fantastic stay"

We were made so welcome and the fresh fruit and even . milk in the fridge and drinks was just beautiful even the tooth paste and tooth brush was such a beautiful thought nothing was to much for Puto the manager what a great person thank you . Highly recommend and will be back

"Exceptional"

The villa was lovely and quiet and very private. Very relaxing after being out. There was everything we needed and Putu the manager was very helpful. Filtered water was provided. The pool was great

It wasn't that we didn't like but the villa is a 10-15 minute walk to the beach as there is no close cut through. Just something to be aware of.

"A jewel in Sanur"

Lovely Villa. There was a new toothbrush & paste, shampoo & conditioner in each bathroom, milk in the fridge with some Bintang, lemonade and a lovely selection of fruit. The property manager Putu is so lovely and the house cleaner was so friendly. It's definitely a great place to stay.

Beds were very comfortable. Maid service was excellent. Liked the villa itself.

We had issues when one of the bathroom doors wouldn't open and my husband's medications were in there. We sent two emails and two texts to Putu but no response until the maid arrived the next day and rang him. He then sent a friend around to fix it. We had to go to the apotek and try to replace some necessary meds. We thought it was a bit wrong. Also the pool was not clean when we got there and when the pool guy arrived he had a replacement pump and also cleaned and treated the water. He hadn't been told there was people coming. We were unable to use the pool for another 24 hours until the chemicals had dispersed. It was only treated one more time in the 8 days we were there.
