Suited our needs

The roof leaked one night onto the bed. On the plus side of this is that when we rang the manager in the morning and they came out and fixed it straight away.

We stayed at the same property 10 years ago and wanted to return as we enjoyed the villa and location.

The bathrooms and kitchen were filthy dirty, there were cracked pool tiles, stains on the bed sheets and the outside fan had seen better days and did not work. We contacted the owner who would not accept there were any problems. The caretaker came to the villa and agreed it was unacceptable, he told us that the owner had not been to the villa for over 2 years. He (Putu) arranged cleaners but after 1 hour of them cleaning only one of the bathrooms with strong chemicals we decided to check out of the villa as the smell was unbearable. We spent 1 of only 4 days searching for alternative accommodation and the owner still refuses to refund or compensate us for the unhygienic and filthy state of the villa. The photos don’t show well enough just how bad it was. Avoid staying here at all costs.

Location, staff, garden, swimming pool

Some of the amenities were a bit outdated, but still ok for a short stay.

The property was clean and in an amazing location.

Couldn’t fault anything!

Quiet, secluded, private, spacious, clean, comfortable, excellent beds, bathrooms, efficient a/c, bottled water chiller and heater. Absolutely everything provided down to toothbrushes and paste. Manager extremely friendly and helpful.

Very relaxing. Definitely nice place to wind down, after busy kuta. Nice pool area.

Nothing really.

We loved the decor and fully equipped kitchen, and felt very safe at night.
