Stonehouse villas with breathtaking view

unimaginably beautiful location. Incredible views, completely isolated and pristine. Beautiful small beach a stone's throw away, and fabulous hiking opportunities. Really suitable for nature lovers who are seeking a refuge from the hustle and bustle. The hosts were lovely and brought us delicious regional treats to enjoy at the property.

The villa is part a a group of villas that are under construction so it was surrounded by unfinished buildings. This didn't really impact the beauty of the place, but if felt a it odd. The lovely bathroom had a tub but no walk in shower which was a challenge for my elderly mother. Keep access in mind if considering renting this property.

The availabilty and kindness of the hostess who greeted us. The welcoming gifts, which was very thoughtful. The view from the terrace was indeed breathtaking. The inside of appartements which was very tidy, clean and well maintained.

-The arrival at the house when you see that part of the building is still under construction (or at least unfinished, as there was no ongoing work while we were there), as well as the dirt road accessing the house, doesn’t make you feel you’re entering a 9+ rated appartement at first. -The building has two houses and we were the only one inside, but please note that both of the terraces, although having a stunning view over the sea, face each other. So if you need some privacy when you want to relax, this might not be the best choice. But as we were alone, this obviously didn’t bother us. - We stayed in the smaller apparement and the terrace can be very windy. - The bathroom desperatly needs a shower curtain and a change of the shower head as it turned into a pool each time we were having a shower, despite trying to be the most careful as possible as to not solash water everywhere.

The hosts were wonderfully kind, greeting us with raki, figs, and delicious Greek pastries. The property offers stunning views in a rural setting — ideal for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.

Todo es PERFECTO. El lugar es realmente hermoso. Las villas tienen todo lo necesario, la decoración esta hecho con gusto y las vistas te transportan a otra realidad. La cocina tiene de todo, nos dejaron detalles de bienvenida que se agradecen encarecidamente: 2 botellas de agua, fruta fresca, cereales, condimentos para cocinar e incluso el licor típico de Creta. Queremos destacar el olor a limpio de las toallas y sabanas... Esa fragancia es de otro nivel. La cama súper cómoda. Por último, dar las gracias a las anfitrionas que fueron un encanto.

Υπέροχη τοποθεσία. Το κατάλυμα πολύ όμορφο για ζευγάρι, φανταστικοί οι εξωτερικοί χώροι!! Οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενικοί , μας βοήθησαν με τα μέρη που άξιζε να δούμε , άμεση ανταπόκριση σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε ! Νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας! Δεν θέλαμε να φύγουμε...

suprb location and attention to every small detail

A tastefully designed space with an equipped kitchen, great balcony and a bathtub. Lots of privacy, very quiet, away from it all, for me and my partner that was perfect, inspiring and romantic. The host, Maria, is kind, helpful and attentive, she left us little sweet treats and drinks. We had a beautiful experience(got lucky and had the whole space to ourselves).

Part of the building is still under construction and workers arrived while we were sunbathing on the balcony, we would prefer to know in advance.

Truly breathtaking view. Excellent traditional property-15 minutes away from Sitia by car. Beautiful beaches a couple minutes away. Wonderful host who took great care of us!!
