Location except one racist next door

Pool wasn't heated as promised was cold in basement and very high humidity in rooms and beds need some heeeting in cold days but none

The villa was absolutely perfect for us. Immaculately clean with a homely touch. The private pool is a fantastic feature for all the family. The communication throughout and the updates from the owner was amazing. Nothing was a trouble. Tias is located slightly out from the main strip of Peurto del Carmen but the taxi service was brilliant and spoke great English. All instructions for using the taxis were in the villa. Tias has a high street in walking distance with everything you could need if you didn't want to go to the strip. This map was also included in the villa welcome pack, which was a great help. All these little touches really helped us get the most out of our stay and were much appreciated.

Nos gustó todo. La casa es muy acogedora, habitaciones grandes y todo muy limpio. La cocina bastante equipada.

Del alojamiento nos gustó todo. Solo me impresionó la insistencia en saber cuántas personas íbamos a ser. Al buscar alojamiento, puse que buscaba para 8 personas, entonces no entendí porque tanta insistencia en saber cuántos seríamos. Entiendo que hay leyes y que hay que saber quién va a estar en la casa, pero con un mes de antelación ya se me pedía información de todos. Y justamente una amiga decidió ir de improviso. Aparte de eso, ninguna queja.

Falta enchufe el baño de abajo estaba roto el de arriba el lavamanos roto y cuando lo contrate ponía aire acondicionado y no tiene
