the buildings are set in a very peaceful area full of trees. The villa's are very spacious and offer plenty of privacy. The staff is very friendly and helpfull

The property does need a facelift. The age of the villa's is showing, but never the less it did not influence our stay in a negative way.

The property is run down and the building and gardens are neglected and in poor repair. It is obvious that there has been little if any maintenance for some time. Some examples are: fences are falling over, the handle to the exit gate from the villa is an exposed screw, the wooden roof awning over the villa pool seating is about to fall down, and the outdoor towel rail is falling apart. Access to the villa is dangerous via steep, deep steps and steep slippery pathways that are not clean, so the dirt and leaves add to the risk of slippage. The villa pool is accessed by steep steps and there is no hand rail, making access difficult. The pool seating is a cement bench with no pillows, so it is most uncomfortable to sit or lie on. The room fit out is dated, ie curtains have shrunk, there is no ironing facilities. The mattress is rock hard, and only two pillows are provided for two people, so the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The towels are worn and discoloured. There is no hot water for the shower, and the flushing for the toilet is poor. The property leads directly onto a beach which smells of sewage. We asked for assistance with luggage for an early check out in the morning which was refused. It was very difficult and physically exhausting to get the luggage up the steep paths and steps ourselves. This place is over priced, and poor value for money.

Lovely room with a large and very clean pool. Nice views, from the hotel restaurant which serves a great breakfast. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Location is quite far out of town and with the rainy season this made it difficult to go places, even on scooter.

The big spacious clean villa and the pool was fantastic, absolutely loved coming back here after being out to chill by our private pool and the beach was just yards from.our property.
