The facilities and the decoration of the room that urgently need to be renovated, the beach that is not clean, the stairs that are not suitable for disabled persons.

private swimming pool in the vila - good breakfast. its not a buffet its restaurant but high quality breakfast

it has no beach. 5 minutes taxi to Chaweng beach

Having our own pool.Access to rooms was quite hard.Spiral stairs down to steep,undulating pathway! Some broken tiles and was slippery when wet. The reception was very good at organising transport for us x

Access to the room was challenging with luggage.Restaurant was excellent but up more stairs.

assign me the last villa hence TV signal very poor

If you want to pamper yourself with space and amenities - this is the place to do it. We took one of the villas and it was excellent - private pool with access to the beach. It would be great to move in for a week :) The staff was also very helful when we needed to visit the emergecy room - they drove us there for a good price.
