beach front, amazing view, best sunset point, private beach, Jahangir caretaker is nice person, making our stay smooth. food was awesome, taste very good, clean home made food. the scene is exactly like shown in photos. must visit for small families/friends. the beach is 1-2 min walk and depending on tide timings, one can get amazing view of beach. property is well maintained.

The location is excellent; great view of the beach, calm and serene. Food was good, and the caretakers were attentive.

The bathroom could do with some improvement - the fittings are all quite good, but there was some kind of a smell that never quite went away, no matter what we did.

Nothing, except the staff at the arrival that was very kind and helpful. Anyway, we decided not to stay there because it was very far from what you would expect when you book on booking.com the location, most importantly, was not the one written in the address on the booking website.

The location was not the one written on the website. The communication with the landlord was very difficult and fragmented and only on the day of arrival we got the right address. The property is very isolated and the beach is not accessible. The price is totally exaggerated for the offer and compared to all the other places we have been in India in the last 2 weeks. It looks like a scam form the reviews and the picture on bookings.

I was asked to pay 5000 security deposit, even after making full payment in advance. In todays date 5 star properties are also not asking 100% payment during booking with security deposit of 5000. Food quality was also average. Chicken was not fresh. Such a high rate only for property is not worth. They need to improve food quality and revise the rate.

Awesome location for relaxation. Enjoy sunset while sipping your coffee . They serve very nice homemade food. Staffs are very polite and supportive.

Property is very clean . However, It would be great if blankets are replaced with comforters.

A perfect breakaway so close to Mumbai without the unnecessary frills n fancies. Great view, comfortable room, absolutely homemade food and very caring staff. Shall definitively visit again and recommend to others… Suggestion… take the M2M ferry if you are coming from Mumbai… saves 2 hours.
