Villa Rosales

No where does it in the description of the location say that it is a half hour walk to town. You need a car, One of our party uses a wheelchair so walking was not easy.

The house was dirty. The beds, not the quality expected when paying as much as we did.Leaking windows when the heavens opened. The house was constantly damp. The showers needed a good scrub.The pool was freezing. The photos of the property are not as it is now. The trees are over grown so the patio gets very little sun. It means there were loads of Mosquittos, so no sitting out at night.

Nähe zum Strand. Etwas abgelegen dadurch ruhiger. Neuere Klimaanlagen. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Grillmöglichkeit, privater Pool. Große Zimmer mit viel Stauraum, Safe vorhanden. Schöner Garten. Viele Handtücher, quasi alles was man braucht. Vermieterkontakt sehr gut und freundlich.

Great facilities and layout of rooms in a lovely, clean villa. Good sized pool and BBQ. Short walking distance from a couple of nice beaches.

Lovely comfortable clean and well equipped villa! Loved the area and so close to a beautiful beach!

I liked the size of the 3 bedrooms. Location was quiet apart from a cockerel wake up call but we liked that! Able to walk to the beach and one restaurant. Car needed, had everything we needed and was able to check In early. Air con was nice and cold.

The pool filled up with garden leaves. Could have been because we had rain/wind. We weren’t aware the villa had internal alarms with cameras. Usually we are made aware before we arrive. The showers were not properly cleaned on the outside at bottom of shower screens. The pool needed cleaning daily but wasn’t planned. we had to ask for it to be cleaned however it was cleaned within a few hours. Main bedroom wardrobe was broken.

Everything was lovely, the villa had everything we needed, very clean and tidy, loved the extras provided, (Huge fruit basket and more) lots of towels, didn’t need to take any. The pool was great in and out of it all the time, was lovely to have it to ourselves and location of villa was great too. Like the country but also close to a restaurant and shop. Bel kept in touch the whole time asking how we were and if we needed anything. Also booked our transfers for us so we didn’t have to worry about getting to the villa and back to the airport. A very short walk to the lovely beach and a walk to the restaurant and shop by the port. Short walk to the bus stop where we caught the bus to the old town. Didn’t want to leave as it was so lovely. We all had a relaxing time here. Lovely neighbour came and asked if we needed anything to let them know and gave us homegrown tomatoes, onions and peppers. They had a donkey and horse and cockerel, was like being at home for us as we live on a farm. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Great property for all. Great facilities and close to beach and local bars and restaurants. Villa was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Had a great stay.

A great place to stay near Alcudia. The house is well-equipped, the bedding comfortable and Bel was very attentive. The house is in a quiet area, a 30 minute walk from the old town. There are no high rise hotels nearby and it's a 5 minute walk to a lovely little cove. There are a couple of very good restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend it.
