Villa Rosales

Great location, rural part of Alcudia area, calm, bur not far from great restaurant in port. Bel, the owner, is so nice! Beautiful house, perfect pool. It was our second time in Villa and definitely not last one.

The villa was fantastic, really comfortable and well equipped. Bel the host was very helpful and arranged airport transfer. Offered her help and information for anything during our stay

It's been great

The pool was perfect and a great size for what we needed. The local beach is beautiful too. The villas was lovely, it had everything we needed and the welcome basket of food was great too. The owners were so welcoming and great with advice about where to go for beaches and eating out.

It was a little further out from the main town than we would usually stay so we needed to book taxis every night. However, the taxi fares were cheap and the owners kindly booked these for us every night.

We loved out stay at Villa Rosales. It was very well located, next to the beautiful beach, in a very quiet neighbourhood. Communication with the host was amazing! We felt so relaxed in the beautiful garden, swimming in the pool. I recommend you to stay here if you want to have a great holiday in Mallorca!

Peaceful location, close to beach and easy walk into Alcudia old town, near to some of Mallorca’s top highlights. Comfortable, clean, air conditioned property with a lovely pool and outside living area. Fantastic host Bel and her family made us feel extremely welcome and treated us to fresh local produce. Thoroughly recommended.

Everything was great.

Beautiful property, clean with everything you needed. Kind welcome basket on arrival which was great as we arrived late. Spacious rooms, everything you needed in the kitchen, beautiful private gardens. Pool was excellent - cleaned every few days and linen/ bedding change half way through. Bel (host) was exceptional- communicative throughout our stay without imposing at all, prompt replies and advice when needed. Gabriel who cleaned pool was excellent and friendly. The donkey next door was so nice, my kids loved going over and feeding him apples through the fence! The property was in an ideal location- we could walk to the 5 Oceans restaurant/ chill out bar, to the Bodega de sol restaurant in 5 mins (lovely food) and 5 mins to the beach which wasn’t too busy but beautiful. Short drive to the port / old town too. Sa Romana is a lovely Italian restaurant we visited twice too- a short drive away- worth a visit! Loved everything about this property and we’ve stayed in a few in the area- we definitely hope to return! Thank you for everything Bel and family!
