Lovely place nice and quiet. Came last year as well and will come again. Came Friday went to Bridlington Saturday flimingo land Sunday and eden camp Monday before coming home

The property and site is beautiful and well kept. There was plenty of tea and coffee type condiments and the property was easy to warm and use.

The check in and out time do not reflect the price paid for less that 24 hours. Considering the £200 refundable security and rules proceeding the return of this, i would not expect cobwebs hanging from the ceiling there was an washed sanitary towel on the bathroom floor and crisps left in the kitchen prior to us arriving. 3 blind slats missing from the patio doors.

very clean, had everything we needed, very spacious & nice a quiet area.

apart from flamingo land, there is not much close by however we drove to different areas and had lots of fun days out.
