Penny Lodge with Hot Tub

it was lovely but a bit quiet for a toddler- no play area or small shop

hot tub wasn’t available first night. said I’d get compensation for not being available but never did. Hot tub wasn’t the cleanest and not private at all. smack bang next to the main entrance with everyone driving past

I didn't get penny lodge the lodge I booked

I was very disappointed to have been given a different lodge .. I booked penny lodge as it was close to my brother's and his families lodge that they booked .. I ended up in little gem that was right at the other end of the park ..

Beautiful location, peaceful and stunning

The lodge was amazing, hot tub perfect, stuff rude even didn't try to sort ours problem out, we was given wrong password for wifi, stuff is rude and they don't want to do anything, we was not able to get true to host, it's no service no data, you are middle of nowhere without able to get help,

No service in that area you are not able to use phone data even the phone calls, you need to walk outside around the park to find a spot where you can make phone call, we was given wrong password for WiFi, couldn't get true to host, phoned reception couple of timesl, they said they don't what to do, after they just didn't answer the phone and didn't call us back so we was left without Internet connection and in emergency matter you not able to call anyone. Master bedroom had bathroom wich hasn't been cleaned probably for long time, because bath tube was covered in limescale,(20 years ago i was working in London 5* Hotel as housekeeper) so i can say it wasn't cleaned for more then few tenants, i cleaned it my self, but the biggest disappointment was the fact that reception was ignoring us, next time i better stay in bed and breakfast or hostel either this park. Spoiled holidays for all family members.
