Love the warm homely feel. Our host did not hesitate to rectify our issue with Netflix as soon as we let them know. The unit is exceptionally clean and comfortable.

Please note this is a suggestion not a criticism, would be good to have a potato masher for kitchen and optional mattress toppers for the futons (as beds are very firm).
