Nel complesso Nulla!!

Foto che non sembrano reali..la piscina non era pulita, i bagni erano senza finestre tutti e 2 (non segnalato nell’annunciato), con ventole negli stessi bagni non funzionanti.La cucina aveva dei punti dove entravano le formiche e finestra che non si i chiudeva. Il contesto della casa non è tra i migliori.. se sei fortunato non senti troppi rumori dei vicini. Infine l’host.. visti i disagi abbiamo cambiato casa dopo 3 giorni facendo notare queste cose al proprietario, chiedendo quindi un rimborso parziale. La risposta è stata immediata e negativa senza neanche chiederci informazioni più precise. Vista la situazione e lo sgombero della casa ci aspettavamo un trattamento diverso e più serio da parte del proprietario. Ciò non è avvenuto.

Excellent séjour ! L'hôte est proréactif, plein de délicates attentions à notre arrivée ( arrivée anticipée, de quoi manger, boire...) La maison est très confortable! Bien placée pour découvrir les joyaux du sud et du centre de Lanzarote. Nos voisins étaient calmes Le jacuzzi, la piscine, la salle de sport et le parking privé sont de réels plus. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. On recommande++.

Very clean, new, nicely layed out with great facilities

The bed in the main bedroom was very Im uncomfortable. It is a memory foam mattress that dips in the middle

We stayed in the villa for 1 week. The villa itself is very modern, chic and clean. Check in was contactless and very easy. There was even a little 'welcome pack' in the kitchen with milk, wine, juice, toast, cheese and snacks. So really very nice! The kitchen is excellently equipped so that you can also cook well on site. We were surprised by a small sports room on the upper floor. Towels etc. were also provided! The location seemed very safe to us and is about 10 minutes by car from Papagayo Beach. All in all, we were very happy and satisfied with the wonderful accommodation.

The only drawbacks: - The chairs at the dining table are incredibly uncomfortable! - The whirlpool was completely over-chlorinated so that I had real skin irritations after the first use - The driveway to the carport is very steep. We had an Audi A3 and it was just about okay, but I think with smaller/lower cars you have to park outside because otherwise the car will open up at the bottom

Well equipped modern and well presented Villa in a quiet urbanizacion, walkable to shops and restaurants including the Rubicon Harbour. Pool heating and hot tub were included in the price, and unlike many in Lanzarote / Fuerteventura, this was electric and the children were able to swim every day Nice welcome pack from the owner too. Really enjoyed our stay.
