"I think Sue should start running a course for other hosts to teach them how to be better hosts."

The experience was more than we expected from the minute we walked in the door to when we locked up and left. Sue was super helpful and ensured that we had everything we needed to make our stay as relaxing and stress free as possible. She even arranged for a bandicoot to cross the path on cue as we were walking to the beach. Exceptional.

"Fantastic, well appointed, super clean"

Exceptionally clean and well appointed. 3 bed, 2 bath, full laundry, kitchen with dishwasher, Wifi and Foxtel. Some might think the location is a bit out of town, but being in a quiet area just a short walk to the beach makes a 5 minute drive to Albany just fine for us. Communication with the host (Sue) was excellent.

"A most comfortable stay."

The villa was in a quiet area close to amenities and the beach. It was a very comfortable place to stay for a few days. Beds were comfortable and there was all we needed for our time there.

We absolutely loved our stay at Middleton Bay Retreat! The house is incredibly cozy, with three spacious bedrooms and two generous bathrooms. It's fully equipped with everything you might need, and just a short 5-minute walk to the beach. The street is wonderfully quiet, making it the perfect spot to relax. We were also delighted by the thoughtful welcome gifts—wine and chocolate waiting for us when we arrived. Sue was so attentive and made sure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Thank you so much, Sue! We can’t wait to come back.

The villa was perfect for our short stay. Communication from the host Sue was great. The property was spacious, spotlessly clean, and was equipped with everything that we needed. The location was really quiet which suited us.

Place was perfect. Could not fault it in anyway. Everything you needed was made available. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Very close to the beach.
