Supplied our own breakfast. Location very convenient. Commodities supplied made our stay very enjoyable. Had a beautiful outside area with a barbecue. Unfortunately not there long enough to use, but for anyone staying for any length of time a very pleasant area to enjoy an outside eating area. Beds very comfortable. Just loved the cleanliness and presentation of the whole unit.

Unfortunately we did lose power for a while. We did go sightseeing so this was not too inconvenient, but could have been as it was due to be turned off at 7.30 am in the morning which fortunately did not occur until later.

Good location, clean, tidy and quiet neighbourhood. Lots of information about area. Welcoming touches of wine and chocolate 😊 very responsive host.

Queen bed was uncomfortable and worn out. Single beds hard and small. Lounge in living area also uncomfortable and tired. Unfortunately this property did not meet our expectations based on the 9.3 rating. We have stayed in many places with a lower rating and been far more comfortable with much better beds and seating.

property was clean and well maintained, it was a short walk to the beach. a complementary wine was a bonus and very kind of Sue. I will definitely recommend this place especially to families.

the external faucet was too close to the edge of the door and wall, and I find it very inconvenient to use. a hose extension can be of great help.

Perfect place for a family of 5 who are all adult sized!! We had everything we needed, plus location & space!

My first visit to Albany and visited with my son. Great house with everything you need. I loved the inclusion of items for young children like high chair, table and plastic cups etc even though it wasn’t relevant to our ages. Thoughtful though! Owner great to deal with at all times and the chocolate and wine was a lovely thought!
