Beautiful hotel with a gorgeous relaxing garden, very nice big room, comfy bed, nice friendly staff. Nice breakfast.

Coldish shower.

A beautiful and quiet location. Great to relax. We could easily have stayed longer than 1 night. We did not realise at first that there are many things to do. The lovely owners can organise hiking and cycling trips in the surrounding countryside. Also the yoga on site was a big plus! We would definitely stay there again.

In our 7 days in Flores, this was the nicest place we stayed. The room was big, comfy and clean. The view was nice and green, and the breakfast and host were delightful.

Beautiful property! The place to stay at in Ruteng.

Nothing

Ruteng isn't a tourist town, so to find such great accommodation in such a beautiful garden setting was incredible. Dolvy, Jeslln and Nitha made our time at their place so comfortable, and were very welcoming to our destructive toddler.

I couldn't fault anything about our stay - we had a great time, and really appreciated the local insights and help from the Ara Gardens staff.

The place is nice and the staff pleasant.

They could do better in terms of cleaning. The scooter they rent at 150k a day is not good enough when you can get one at 100k in town. Finally soap and shampoo are as liquid as water leading to waste and an unpleasant feel. Plus the hand soap was empty.
