Das Haus ist sehr schön, liegt aber eingekesselt zwischen einem Hochhaus und einer Straße. Es war trotzdem ruhig, aber man fühlte sich etwas beobachtet

Such a nice, modern and spaced place to stay in Madeira with pretty much everything you need in a villa for a good week. Very well decorated and pleasant. The house is gorgeous, everything is local, and the owner is very easy to reach and quick to communicate with. The maintenance team was also very polite and kind.

Not the owners fault, pretty much to do with the weather but the swimming pool wasn’t in a good state when we arrived and on the last 3 days we couldn’t use it at all because of the wind. Everything in the garden was literally flying. Microwave was also a nightmare to operate - very temperamental. On a suggestion note: an Air Fryer is also almost a must nowadays.

The villa and surrounding garden was comfortable and spacious, easily accommodating our group of eight. The facilities were excellent, allowing us to e.g. prepare and enjoy meals and do laundry with ease. The kitchen, in particular, was well-equipped with modern appliances. The location was also convenient, with Funchal, the airport and attractions on the western Madeira just a short drive away. Communication with the owner was excellent, and issues were resolved promptly.

The villa’s electrical system struggled with the heating load during our January 2026 stay. Using the available portable electric radiators frequently caused the main fuse to trip, resulting in occasional power outages. Once the pool was deactivated and some radiators were swapped for a second gas heater, the reliability improved, and made our stay a lot more joyful.

W domu było wszystko czego potrzeba. Super basen. Była stała możliwość kontaktu z właścicielem w razie jakichkolwiek problemów.
