Mountain White Villa by Sunrise

Lovely rooms. Super clean. The son who drove us and served breakfast was helpful and a pleasure. They arranged tickets for the dance show for us at short notice which we appreciated. The location is a bit out of town but tuk tuk service is easy. The city is very congested so we were fine not being in the centre.

Nothing really. We are fairly independent and chose to arrange our own (cheaper) transit onward.

I appreciate the helpfulness and wounderful friendly host family. The daytrip to Sigiriyah was well organized and wounderful. Thank you.

The host and his family are super nice and help with everything you could possibly need. Couldn’t feel more welcomed. We were picked up at the train station and driven to the bus station, all at a local price. The room was small but clean, the bathroom as well. There is no AC but we didn’t need it anyway. There are facilities in the common area to make your own tea, toast, etc. We had breakfast which was good but rather expensive compared to other accommodations we’ve stayed at in Sri Lanka. There aren’t too many restaurants or shops close by but we could easily walk to the lake area. And as already mentioned, they are happy to organize transfers.

The staff was super nice and helped us a lot with buses and moving around to the activities, the room is clean and aircondition works great. Hot shower is a bonus.

The location is a bit out of town but the tuctuc is cheap :)

Beautiful clean rooms, a small balcony overlooking the hills. Our host Kavi was extremely helpful and quite well connected, was able to guide us. Also the place was at 20 mins walking distance to the tooth relic temple.

The host was very kind to help us get the tuktuk up. Breakfast was delicious.
