Mountain White Villa by Sunrise

The room was very clean and comfortable bed. Hot water was good and bathroom was clean. Spacious room as well. Well kept place and good staff. The location was also convenient and easy to find. Just a 2 minute drive from Kandy town.

Cosy room. Good and comfy bed. Good view. The family that owns the hotel is very caring and made me feel very nice. They even took me on a nice tour of Kandy. Really tasty home made SriLankan breakfast. I especially liked the coconut sambal and the dhal.

The host was so friendly; allowed me to change and leave the baggage way before checkin time; offer tea ; food at door step. It served my purpose of visiting the city. It was a quite room without any disturbing with a door to outside entrance.

There was no TV inside or a bell to reach host, i used the mobile phone to call. The location was not visible at first when I arrive from the road, as there wasnt a big board, and the house was in a steep road which I felt bit worried if a small vehicle pass.

Super clean property with access to air conditioning, outdoor space and a nice hot shower. The hosts were extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful whilst we stayed and even arranged our transport to the station when we were ready to leave - thank you!

A fantastic place kept spotless by a lovely, welcoming family. With a great view over de city. The dad even played tour guide, taking us to Nuwara Eliya and seeing us off at the train station for our ride to Ella. He made sure we had the right tickets and found the right track, looking out for us every step of the way. We highly recommend it. Liesbeth & Carla - The Netherlands

The family was so helpful and kind - we have never experienced this so much pure kindness so far. The son was our guide the whole day (in a very good price) and he was super nice to us, and answered all of our quiestions. The breakfast was also amazing and so delicious. We unfortunately just spent 1 night there, but if we will come back to Kandy in the future, we will also choose them. :)

The place is run by this lovely family. We loved our stay there. They helped us organizing a city tour and took us to Nawara Elya. All very clean and new! We loved it and will for sure come back :) thank you so much

Clean room, very good breakfast in family run business. The son was particularly hospitable and did not pressure us to use their services. They speak good English. Helpful in arranging tickets for cultural show.

Location requires use of car or tuk tuk as too far to walk.
