Good Hospitality with Safe Location.

What a lovely place to stay in Kandy! The guesthouse owner Kavi and his family welcomed us with an open heart - we immediately felt like home. The room on the ground floor was spacious and very clean. There was even a small window in the bathroom. The roof terrace offers a great view over the city - as soon as we arrived, we enjoyed tea, coffee and sandwiches there. In the morning, you can even see a few monkeys climbing over the roofs of the city. There are also lovely rooftop tents on the roof, where you can also spend the night. Here you can get everything from one hand, the host family offer transfer and even super good tours to knuckles - where we had the most beautiful hike of our lives. Kavi's father really knows the best guides in Sri Lanka! Kavi also drove us to Sigirya for a good price - on the way there we visited a beautiful spice garden and the largest fruit and vegetable market in Sri Lanka. His father picked us up there a few days later and showed us a jewellery factory that even housed a small museum. He even organised our beloved jackfruit for us at the roadside. The two of them simply know the best places! We always had a wonderful time together and a lot of fun! The Guesthouse may not be located directly in the City centre but therefor it's a hidden gem and very calm. A Tuk Tuk drive to the Centre is about 500rupies. The breakfast and dinner tasted like heaven. Kavis mother makes the best Kottu in whole Sri Lanka! Thank you all for your great hospitality! The facilities were top-notch—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything one could need for a comfortable stay. The highlight, however, was the warmth and hospitality of the family who runs the place. They were incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was recommending local attractions or providing quick solutions to any questions I had. Their genuine care for their guests truly made my stay memorable👏.

Really nice family, the man gave us a great tour round Mandy made our trip so special and the meal we had was amazing also. Room was nice and big good location

Location a bit underwhelming with few good restaurants nearby so need to get tuk tuk into centre.
