First of all, a lot of pictures you could see on the app is photoshopped, even some of them are not, you will be shocked after you arrive the property. It is basically compact studio with outdated interior. The bed and furniture time-travels you back to 80s. The only selling point is the swimming pool. But it is really tiny and you can’t jump into it according to the manager. It is not very convenient to eat if you don’t drive and the beach seems close in the pictures but really far away if you plan to walk there. Second, customer service. Really really bad, if you are looking for bad day, you should definitely go and check it out. Instead of feeling welcomed, you are basically told what you can’t do. I am basically listening to my supervisor and take notes if I don’t know better . Third, after went in the room, my skin feels real itchy instantly, I don’t know what’s going on there, but you would suggest anyone come there if you are sensitive to the situation , it is one of my deciding factors I have to find a new hotel right now away at that moment. I wouldn’t call it hotel at all and it reminds me the place where you just need a place to sleep and shower when you are on the job. But I am with my family on a vacation, this is unacceptable. Plus, you can easily find a much much better hotel with this price tag. I did not stay there at all and they refused to refund. Basically unresponsive at the point when I try to reason with them Please, if you happen to this review, do not use their service. On a second thought, it might be a different story for you because we are Asian.

Loved the host. She was so nice and made up for many things. She even made food for us. The rooms is clean and modern. The pool area view is beautiful.

Shower wasn't great. The view looked towards a construction site. Not the natural calm experience we hoped to have being more in on the mountain. The balcony is too narrow. The bed was unconformtable. It lacked support and with the stiff pillows I had a hard time to sleep properly. Just note; I'm sensitive to that, but something I expect in a hotel to be in order. The power dropped one day and when we left the shower didn't work, so we couldn't leave refreshed. I really would love to give a higher rating because of the super friendly host, but looking at the price I did expect a bit more.

This was by far our best accommodation in our 6 weeks vacation in Thailand. Every detail in our room and pool area is thought-out, it was super clean and the air con was very silent. The view from the pool area is amazing! The host cares about everything and we were welcome to ask anything. She organized us taxis and even cared for us when we didn’t feel good. When in Koh Samui we will definitely come back!
